2021 Mortgage and Real Estate Forecast

Wondering what 2021 has in store for us?

I don't have a crystal ball, but I did gather predictions for 2021 from 3 major real estate sources: National Association of Realtors, Realtor.com, and Redfin.

While they all agree that interest rates will remain low in 2021, their outlooks vary on the strength of the economy and the housing market in 2021. Here's what they had to say:

Congratulations are in order for Napier's own Libby Gatewood, who was awarded the prestigious VHDA (Virginia Housing Development Authority) Service to Virginia award last night for her ongoing efforts to create affordable housing opportunities for all.

Nominees are judged based on their contributions to initiatives at the local, state and national level as well as their support of individual homebuyers in their effort to achieve affordable, sustainable homeownership.

Libby is the Managing Broker for our Tri-Cities office, and we're delighted to celebrate this achievement with her!
