- Absolutely agree. Yes it's hard to wrap your mind around the rates we are seeing today but when they drop (and they will) the buying frenzy will return.
- You can always refi when they drop but you will have "won" the house.
- Those who passed up the mid 5% rates last year bc they thought they were high might be rethinking that decision.
- It's hard to chase the market. I'm here if you want to talk about the market!
